Located in the upper part of the village of Proisy (293 inhabitants), at 59 rue Fred Merten (rue Raymond Williot), on the south side of the Oise upper valley, in the north-east of the Department Aisne, on the south-western foothills of the Ardennes, the holiday home La Haie Fondue welcomes you in a natural environment characterized by a beautiful landscape, quietness and privacy.

On an area of 100 m² this traditional local-style cottage from the 18th century  can accommodate up to four persons and includes

• On the ground floor:

A spacious living room with visible ceiling beams, a sleeping room with double bed (140 x 190), WC, bathroom with shower and washbasin, and a spacious open kitchen;

• On the 1^st floor:

A sleeping room with 2 single beds (90 x 200)

A wide terrace overlooks the biodiversity protection area La Haie Fondue (Holarctic plant collection and paradise to amphibians and birds) which can be visited upon request to the owner. Visits are free of charge and under the owner’s guidance.

Because of the presence of a very rich wild fauna, pets are not admitted to La Haie Fondue.
